In his hands: toothpick that until I took this photo was hanging between his lips like any farmer boy does.
On his feet: His fav Wal-Mart camouflage rain boots that he wears every day no matter what else he has on. Forget the stride rites and converse (of which he has many). He just wants the Wal-Mart camo rain boots.

Okay, so the balls in the drink: they are tapioca balls, not jellyfish poopies. Haha, but I'm sure they taste equally disgusting.
