I only have four pictures to share today.
This was significant and sweet because Noah rarely falls asleep anywhere but a bed. When I came upstairs and saw him passed out on the beanbag like this, I thought it was such a precious, precious sight...
And then when he heard my phone click, he flipped. I was worried, I thought I'd woke him up, but nope... still sleepin....
My dad's birthday was last Friday and the kids and I went and took him out to lunch for his birthday. Afterwards, we went and hung out with him a bit and he surprised the mess outta me.
My dad is the most particular person I have ever known. In his house, nothing is out of place, no bed is unmade, there is no dust, no dirt, no shoes or toys laying around. Nothing. He DOES NOT let animals or anything non-human into his house. So you can imagine my surprise when he let the dog, Roxy, into the house and THEN he let her on the couch and as if that wasn't enough, he let her snuggle him. *GASP*... it was monumental enough that I insisted on taking a picture to document. I've never seen such. The dog's bed is in the garage, but evidently he now occasionally lets her in the house for brief periods of time. Wow. It's amazing how you mellow with age. ;)
And this... my oh my... I went to the grocery store to get some milk and other staples the other night and this handsome dresser was right in front of me. Notice that the whole crack of his pants is ripped and the stuffing is falling out.... of his butt crack. Attractive. I had to take a picture.

oh my good lordy lord. stuffed sausage, to say the LEAST!! you should've snuck up behind him and started pulling a piece of the stuffing and stick around to see if it all fell apart!! lol
that is funny about your dad, and i LOVE when kids pass out, it's preciousness.

I love kids sleeping, that's when they are my favorite. The stuffing falling out of the pants is too good to pass up.

ps. we don't have a cellphone... because we're poor and like to do things old fashioned, sending smoke signals. But on our Landline phone... there's peanut butter on it. Yeah. I'm a hip mom.
