I have so many New Year's Resolutions this year and I think I'm keeping up with them so far.
One of them that I haven't mentioned in a blog yet is to be more environmentally friendly.
Part of this is recycling and I can tell you... I am getting EXCELLENTE at that one. I recycle pretty much anything I can even kind of justify as being recyclable. I assume that if it's not, they'll sort that out at the recycling center.
Another part of that is this...

my new shiny shopping bags! :) I got that super fab Wizard of Oz one at Barnes and Noble. LOVE IT!! I take these bags everywhere shopping with me now... the Mall, Target, wherever... they go there with me! No more plastic bags for me!
I finally broke down and took down the pack n play that's been in my room since Noah was in my womb. It took me all of 5 minutes. I have no idea why I procrastinate about things like that. So, Noah confiscated the music box thingy. He loves anything musical! Why is that? I could not get that thing out of his hands all day. I finally got to hide it when he went to bed.
Oh, and did you notice the gorgeous "camping" area Noah is sitting on in that picture above?Emma has insisted that we "camp" on the quilt in front of the fire all week while it's been freezing out and we're nursing colds by being hermits in this house. Have I mentioned that the kids haven't stepped foot outside the house since Sunday?

Our camping has consisted of lots of cozy fire sitting, laying on pillows and watching movies... drinking milk.....
Making smores... well, our version of smores.. we were out of graham crackers and we didn't have hershey bars so we had to use hershey kisses, which don't taste quite the same...
The kids loved them though... Can you tell that the picture below is actually two pictures put together? I love Noah's little marshmallowy mouth. Makes me wanna sloppy kiss the picture. :)

Milk mustaches...

Fluffy bubble baths in the big bathtub...

Noah's been practicing his man skills... here he's demonstrating how much he likes walking around with his hands shoved down his pants....

Who is that little boy and what have you done with baby Noah?!?
Your children are adorable, as usual, the smores look divine, and I'm in love with your house from all these shots! Is there anything about you not to love? :)

I can't believe how big Noah is getting! He does't look like a baby anymore! He's such a little big man. The kids look like they are feeling better:)
