"Taco Soup"

If you are a mexican at heart as me and my family are, this dish will be a hit! I love a one pot creation that takes little time and feeds everyone for days. We have 5 in our family, so adjust the quantity as needed, or freeze leftovers which can last for several months!

1.5# Ground Beef or Chicken
1 pkt. Chili seasoning
2-12oz cans of kidney beans
1-28oz can of diced tomato (I use the variety with green chilis added)
1-12oz. can of chili beans
1-12oz can of dark red kidney beans
1-12 oz bag of frozen corn
1-9oz can of Bush's Chili Magic
Tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, and sour cream

Brown the beef or chicken in pan and add seasoning. Combine all other ingredients in pot and begin to warm. I don't strain the beans, however, you can if you prefer. Add beef mixture. Let simmer for 30 minutes or until warm. Serve topped with cheese, and sour cream. Chips for dipping! I love this, and it is one thing sure to please everyone in my family. Enjoy!!
